Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Mercy Boutique, a ministry of Bethesda Church House of Mercy. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Items we can't accept for return

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Bibles that have been opened or used (unless they arrived defective)
  • Sale or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email us at norbert@bethesdabible.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns we haven't been told about may be delayed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective or we sent you the wrong item. In those cases we'll cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Email us to arrange an exchange. If the size you need is out of stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
