Thank you for shopping with Mercy Boutique! Here's what to expect when you place an order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping rates

Express	$15.00	1-3 business days

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The free Standard shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal before taxes.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, special events, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

*Transit times are estimates and begin once your order ships. They aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, please email us. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you and the carrier to make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
